Define the problems and opportunities, create hypotheses, and ideate solutions. Then, design experiments to validate ideas with market input. Next, compare the results and prioritize the best idea.
Conduct extensive user research to identify the major buyers’ and users’ personas related to the validated hypothesis. Then, create empathy maps for the prioritized personas and break down their journeys to understand clearly how the validated idea relates to the users’ needs.
Using the validated idea, hypothesis, experiment, prioritized personas, and their journeys and pain points, we conduct a 1 WEEK design sprint workshop with you to ideate, design, and validate detailed solutions.
