We usually create a lot of information through the workshop. Therefore, we dedicate the second day to organize and make sense of the workshop data. You receive a summary report of the key findings of the workshop
Based on the insights of the persona workshop, we prioritize major buyers personas, and then together with your team, we look into your customer database to find similar customers to the personas.
We aim to have several batches of interviews including 5 customer interviews per batch
Your team provides us with a final list of potential customers to contact. Then we create an invitation email and send it to the final list
We aim to set up all the interview dates as soon as possible. Our aim to have it as early as possible the first two days of the next week
We aim to have at least 5 interviews per day during the empathy phase. Interviews usually last 45 minutes and we conduct them either in-person, phone or video calls
We transcribe all the interviews and you can review all the conducted interviews at your own pace. Also we create a summary report when each batch of the interviews are done
During a 3-day deep dive sprint, we analyze the product, business model, and market. This helps us to acquire a 360 degree understanding of your business and products.
In case your business is new, we focus more on business model analysis and market research than product audits
Product audit and Google analytics are for businesses with established products and traffic. By product audit, we look into the entire sales funnel to understand your core offerings, and how you generate traffic, and convert users to customers.
We create a summary report of all our findings for you to review
The last part of the deep dive is about forming an understanding of your market and competitors. We like to understand the core offerings and positioning of your competitors as well as the current and future market trends
Week 2 is packed with interviews, research, and deep work. During our synthesis sessions, we reflect on the findings and compare them with the findings from the persona workshop.
Through this comparison study, we verify our assumptions with real data gathered through the deep dive phase
Through this comparison and reflective study, we form an accute understanding of the buyers’ persona, their motives and challenges.
We develop these personas basaed on the qualitative data from the interviews and quantative data from the deep dive phase
After two weeks of hard work, we wrap up our findings and finalize the buyers’ persona based on the insights from the client’s workshop, customer interviews, business, product, and market research
We expand on the buyers’ persona and break down what they feel, think, do, hear, sense, and their pains and gains.
Also we draw a customer journey map for each buyers’ persona through which one can percieve clearly the challenges in the way of accomplishing their goals
We finalize the buyers’ personas and create a report for you. This report shall act as a GO-TO document when it comes to priotrization and decision making about business and product strategies
Through this 1-day workshop, we unpack the findings of the buyers’ persona report for your team and make sure everyone in the team has a clear understanding of the findings of the report.
